Where We Ship

SWAIR currently ships within the United States.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping Costs

  • Free ground shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after promotions)
  • $3.99 flat-rate ground shipping on U.S. orders under $50
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard ground shipping via USPS usually arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Returns

Return Eligibility

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please log into your account and follow the return instructions. Once approved, we’ll provide a free USPS return shipping label.

Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges and any taxes or duties are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
